Mumbai Indians confirmed their place in the final four of the Indian Premier League [IPL] with a record win over Delhi Daredevils at the Feroz Shah Kotla on Saturday.
The table-toppers were dominant from the word go as they cruised to a 146-run success (the largest margin in terms of runs in the history of the IPL) despite having lost the toss.
Lendl Simmons [66 off 43 balls] was playing his first game of the season, replacing Jos Buttler in the team, and he took no time to show why he had been included as he raced to a half-century.
